Dr. Mat Lentine is a graduate of New York Chiropractic College where he received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 2008. He has a Bachelor's in Exercise Science which he earned from Rutgers University. He is also on staff there as a professor, teaching anatomy for the Exercise Science department.
Dr. Lentine has advanced training in nutrition, muscle strengthening/ rehab techniques, and multiple myofascial and soft tissue therapies, including Graston® and Active Release Techniques®. This allows him to use an integrative and comprehensive approach to help patients achieve their health and performance goals.
Dr. Lentine has extensive experience in both sports and non-sports related injuries as well as providing treatments to optimize health. As a former collegiate distance runner, triathlete and outdoorsman, he understands what a healthy body is capable of and what is necessary for a healthy lifestyle.
